Please reach out to us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Yes! If you decide not to go through your insurance or your insurance does not cover ABA services, we do offer private pay options. This means that we would be providing services as an "out of network" provider, and you would be responsible for payment of all sessions.
However, please see the questions below. You may be eligible for reimbursement for some of our services, but that is solely dependent upon your specific insurance plan.
Oftentimes, insurance companies may limit the size and scope of their in-network providers and it can be difficult to find a local clinician who specializes in what you are seeking treatment for.
In-network coverage may also be limited to a certain number of sessions that are pre-determined by the insurance company, which may impact the type of the support you are able to receive.
Depending on the type of ABA services you are seeking, providers who are out-of-network may have more areas of specialized training that insurance may not be able to cover.
Absolutely! If your needs align with the services we have the ability to provide, it would be a pleasure to work with you.
Our service model is heavily focused on family/caregiver/stakeholder participation so that you feel comfortable implementing behavior strategies when we are not present.
1:1 direct therapy between your loved one and a BCBA is capped at 10 hours per week. However, there is no hourly limit for caregiver/stakeholder education and training.

If we are not able to meet your learners needs, we would be happy to provide you with a list of referrals for other ABA providers on Oahu.
If your learner is on a waitlist for more intensive insurance based ABA services, we would be happy to work with you in the meantime until those services can begin.
“Psychological flexibility is defined as contacting the present moment fully as a conscious human being, and based on what the situation affords, changing or persisting in behavior in the service of chosen values.”
- Steven Hayes, founder of the ACT model.
